I'm on a juicy journey again. After almost two years of bad eating habits becoming worse, I've decided that a long juice feast/juice fast would do me good. Yesterday was my first day. The first juice I made gave me 6 cups (1.5 quarts). Here's everything that went into it:
1 lb. spinach
1 head celery
2 cucumbers
1 parsnip
1 apple
1.5 lemons
The next juice I made gave me about 2 cups:
1 beet
1 cucumber
3 carrots
1/2 bunch parsley
The last juice I made I split with my family, total it made about 3 cups:
1 pineapple
3-4 oranges
3 kiwi fruit
I felt great yesterday. I am looking forward to getting past the point of feeling hungry, which in the past has been anywhere from 4-7 days into the fast.
I will be making weekly videos where I will do a weigh-in and show what I look like. I made one yesterday, but did not actually do the weigh-in. But my starting weight was 206.5. That's the heaviest I've ever been. I won't be weighing myself until next Wednesday, and will do it during my video. Here's my video from day one:
